I am a full time realtor. This allows me to spend time knowing the market, working to get your home sold for you. I work with buyers to help them find the right home for them.  

I have lived and owned a business in the Richfield area for 17 years.

Homestead Realty in 1989 changed its focus to provide service to experienced Realtors serving the re-sale market, new construction market and variuos specialty markets throughout the Metro area. Homestead's typical Realtor associate has over 8 successful years in the business. Many of them have either ran their own brokerage companies or managed for other companies. This means the consumer has a better-trained, more experienced agent working for them at Homestaed Realty.
Homestead Realty, Inc is different from others in the market place because the agent and seller make all the decisions on marketing the property.

Oct 15,2007 -- Debby Thompson of Homestead Realty, Inc has successfully completed the REALTOR e-PRO course to become one of a select few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered through the National Association of REALTORS.®

The REALTOR e-PRO
Ò certification course is an educational program unlike any other professional certification or designation course available, comprehensive and interactive. It is specifically designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.

With more than 70% of consumers beginning their real estate research on the Internet, e-PRO certified agents have the experience and expertise to meet the demands of today’s buyer and seller.
