Bad things happen to good people. As you have heard on the news your not alone. There is help for you. The main thing to do is to talk to you mortgage company. Explain what is going on. Try to work something out with them that you can stay in your home, if this is what you want to do. I have help homeowners in deciding what is best for them. I offer a service where I can help you work with your mortgage company  to see what they might be able to work out for you.

I understand that bad things happen to good people. But you must know that this process is a short one for the lender. They really don't want your home back but if they don't hear from you they will assume that you don't want to work it out. communication is the key at this moment. I can help you to understand what you will need to try and work something out with them.

If you decided that you are going to be able to stay in your home don't let it go to foreclosure if you don't have to.

You will ruin your credit ( but I don't care) this will not go away for some time.

It could cost you more money if the sell it at a sheriff sale.

You can not stop the process if you are able to work it out with the bank but you might be able to sell you home. Lenders today are working with real estate agents and may excepting offer for less then you owe.

How does this work. Well there is paper work that needs to be filled out. I can work with you to make sure that all that is needed is put in a package for your lender.

Why am I willing to help you? It is part of the service I offer to people to help us through a ruff time. The market will not come back until we get a handle on this. Time is very important in a situation like this. You can not wait and think what to do. I know that it is easier at this time to just think it will go away but it won't and everyday you wait it get a little harder to get you out of the situation your in.
